The exhibition tells the story of the Rosetta Stone and the decipherment of hieroglyphs, and presents the international Digital Rosetta Stone Project with high-resolution 3D graphics. It is in German.
It grew out of a joint project of the Saxon Academy of Sciences in Leipzig, the Egyptological Institute/Egyptian Museum Georg Steindorff and Digital Humanities Leipzig at Leipzig University, with the University of Florida and the British Museum.
